it’s been great hanging out at library’s and fast-food places ! really!" studying’s GREAT!) one downside is that you really eat alot while studying. whole day whole life sit down, stare blankly at ur notes, go home late. bathe n sleep. n ur day is actually wasted. nothing goes in honestly. u just sit there to make yourself feel better rather than partying away. but even if u dont go out and play,shop,chill… youre actually still gettin WASTED:(

the midyear results are out, i got USESD. pathetic pathetic. improved on my math on lit tho( which i hope n pray that it wasnt just luck) i better work on my GP though! dropped two grades!and mr disGUSTin chan dint really make things better during the parent-teacher meeting.with his nostrils dilating with every breath he took. O_0 

only 35 days left to PRELIMS!!!how dead can i get?!"lets get it started in here" "pull up ur socks nic!" and everyone too! those suffering with me. we can make miracles happen. i hope. cynics say that hope is merely an illusion. a fruitless and deceitful dream. but w/o hope, what direction n motivation is there to work for?

gosh. and i wake up every morning picturing myself to be writing geog , econs, or lit notes. 3 weeks has gone by and i hardly laid my finger on any books. im so screwed. i actually glanced thru 2 volumes of GREAT EX. though. it wasn’t easy staying awake with my reading speed of 5min/page. pathetic! oh! i started lit tuition(so weird,cuz hardly any1 i noe has lit tuition)its belle’s bf’s fren called geraldine.she’s good lor!introed kenneth to her2. but i still don think i can pass:P

the "sunday muggers" met in church again to try n study.. then we joined in the eleven am mass to sing the (hallelujah chorus) with them! so cool~ so fun~ n we also get an applause after that! so weird lor! we are singing for mass. but ppl treat it like a concert. queer.

then ate at "hooked on heads" yummy! started to pour when we wanted to cross the rd for ICEKIMO ice cream. so we took out our umbrellas n chiong thru the rain. drenched. guess wat? the freaking rain stopped one min after we sat our bums down at icekimo~how timely.

studied summore. went popos hse for dinner! feast sia!! chilli crabs , sharks fin all to celebrate easter!

so immediately after econs paper.(which was a disaster) me n kenneth went to meet pris for lunch(bak chor mee)but she was late(not unusual) and it was raining heavily! but a good thing i had my umbrella and me n ken went to icekimo for icecream!(chempadaK Flavour)despite the coldness! haha.den pris came.. and we ate as we talk n ate n talk.

Pris wanted to eat ice cream too so we went icekimo AGAIN n she came my house to slack awhile.whilst ken went home to sleep!supoose to go queensway but ended up playing pool in paradigm:)  n we shopped around dhoby express to. den she met matt n i went to meet sam

sam n i watched Protege and it was the nicest drug show ive ever watched la! 4 out of 5 stars****!!all the hotties pls! andy lau,daniel wu,loius koo.jane-jane(CUTE)n some hot woman.. then we were quite hungry so had dinner at KFC and sam sent me home.i had a good day thankew:):)

Friday came n had to wake up early in the morning for SPLAT!(CIP)meeting n most of them were late n we ended up eating macs for breakfast.MR chan called to bug us to rush us to TAk tak’s hse:P barely a few hrs passed b4 we were heading back to school to collect our chinese A level results! the air was full of anxiety..

So i was sitting there super scared n praying away. den big brother was giving one of his speeches again.and then, REVELATION! i got B with MERIT la. rather contented with my results( Praise the Lord!)

rushed down to vball training and gretchen wanted to spike me to vent her anger! haha. i just let her do so lor:P had a good time. started to pour like ctas n dogs, so we all slacked n had a great chat. played dai dee n indian poker n dirty jerms n ban luck too cuz benjy brought 2 decks of cards!(haha.so kiasu, but good). the rest went to eat NYDC for dinner but i had to go bathe n get ready for lit film night—

the GOTHIC lit film night was quite cool. we were in LT4 watching "HOUSE OF USHER"  a lot of people were dressed up..FREAKYYY…but nevertheless. very fun/here’s some pics..enjoy.dont be afraid

matt’s bday

this was the plan. me n mel met at istana park 1st. then we called pris to lead matt to us. we had no lighter1 so we had to borrow lah. then when matt came with the rest(mat,jal,pris,andrew..carrie came later) we lit the candles n jumped up on him! but he guessed already la!haha. we’re such bad actresses! but he sure did enjoy himself n was happy boy wih so many chiobus right not matt?? then we cam whored away! ultimatemate funness with my besties! i love time spent with

then…me pris mat mel n carrie went to meet kenneth who was waiting at paradigm all alone.(haha.sorry for making u wait) we went to eat the chocolate cake which was really choclatey! at 1st couldnt finish then end up wallop every bit! (sinfull!). stayed till it closed cuz we were waiting for mark to finish watching his movie n we were off to pris’s house to play MAJONG! kenneth shall not be left out on this night la. sick boy. so poor thing…

my idiotic cousin make us take cab to cine only to realise that he was actually at PS. then he can still stroll all n we haven even left town n cab fare ay 6 bucks. so dumb dumb. we played majong till six plus am then kc had to go home n we all slept like logs till noon————————————————————————

barely stepped in j2 for two months and common tests came. right after CNY and CHINGAY sommmore. tell me who in the right mind will go n study?

well. luck for CNY this year was not bad. maybe had to do with wearing red:) majong , ban luck, steamboat. goodies. bak kwa! haha. omg

CHINGAY was a blast!! although 2 days was quite draggy wif CT in mind(knowing that we’re gonna fail) but it’s allright. the fun at the post parade party was best! haha Retro music all. dancing to the grooves. right not fei zhen? haha. of course my besties there taaaaa n olsen. then josh the retard came along. haha. we had supper tgt.went home taking an unknown night rider watse 3 bucks! end up having to cab home.but still….. enjoyment.   

all right. then back to business and trying to study on sunday cuz GP and maths the next day!

day 1.

Gp in the morning. compre was on war? screwed.compo i did on "to forgive and forget" thingy. idealistically its definitle good. but in reality how many of us can actually do it. pray for the best..

then our brain so tired alr still had maths in the afternoon.. it started raining and owwwwww.wad an ominous sign. the paper was freaKIN hard . didnt even noe how to do one full question! if i get double digit will be miracle. then go back to study for geog which was not touched at all and the pile for urban n hydro is like as thick as…..

day2: geography

came to skool saw shermeen n nic yong and some of their classmates n we ate lunch tgt:) stressing over the geog paper which was one hr later. then we chit chatted n her fren drank some carrot celery fruit juice……….she sae gd for health????

then chiong to library n saw nic sam n lynn there. i sit there 15 min also happy la. stomachache all cuz nervous abt paper.. then went to exam hall.. died.. 1st time had so much time left for geog… cuz…. ntg to write! cant rem any points!so nvm la. see how it goes.. go home. study for lit!

day3:Literature

lit paper was in the afternoon. got poem comparison,othello n hand maids taLE. as usual. write v little. all just one full scap each only. pathetic. no doubt will fail. then we left last paper! ECONS! everyone no mood to study alr. go home watch you tube all. cuz econs simply hard n too much to study!~ i need to grasp the skills man, dead.

day 4: econs

went in at 8 am in the morning, feeling zombiefied. cuz only slept for 2 hrs! was talking on the phone…. crazy meee. what a longggggggg paper… totally mis read eevrything n gonna faiilllllll. when it finally ended!!! HORRAY!!!!! then mr chan had to come tell us abt CIP thingy… meeting at 9.30am next morning. sian!!

guess wad? my best fren pris cleverlly decided not to sit for paper cuz she was sick(didnt wanna study)omg omg..

It was actually quite a fast week la. but a bad one too/ Pris is goin thru some tough times now. i pray for her

This December holidays have been quite fulfilling for me. Mostly Caroling, NEMO trip, lots of christmas shopping(thus VERY  broke now!) and Lined up for me is a whole bunch of homework which i havent even started touching, much less doing.

Our engagements this year were mostly house to house and people who asked us to sing for them.Many new peeps joined us this yr but we still managed to do a good job thanx to choir camp~!keep it up guys! tmr we’ll be singing at my grandmas place! wooo~ how exciting! tonnes of delicious mouth watering food staring at us!Christmas is coming n it’s time to get fat-er:P

Project NEMO

I definitely enjoyed being in the OCIP group for project nemo, though our group was largest with 26 people n had 2 main cliques, but all was good, in the end we were still happy and notorious for almost leaving some people stranded on Petong island. Mr(doraemon’s evil twin) gave us a huge scolding for that.

I love my roommates plenty.consisted of huiren, pooty, jasmin, sandra and carmelitaaaa.Our consistent singing made the whole journey fun filled wif laughter and joy.especially with taa the clown joking around whole day whole life.she’s hyperactive.never gets tired(but always last to wake up!) n adores sotong to the max! NOt forgetting Jovian, calwin(huy who doesnt bathe for 4 days a.k.a kelong boy, YZ,ALf, the chris’s, don, CI(another1 i found who lives in the saem estate as me!)& many more:) There were many couples there but i shant bother to name names.But its really romantic to watch shooting stars there pls!my better half who accompanied me was none other than carmelita. thanks taa<3

The girls had a dorm all to themselves with aircon( but only at night cuz there is only elecetricity at night) whereaas all they guys had to sqeeuze under one huge kelong.haha.The water pressure there is very low so its very slow but the scary thing is that sometimes the place runs out of water n if you’re bathing halfway, good luck to you:P

Did i mention to main menu on that island? everyday cfm will have sotong, vege, egg, chicken, ikan bilis, rice buy cooked in diff styles la. so not so bad. but everyday so many sotong untill we dump all the sotong to taa(sotong lover) thus, we named the island…SOTONG ISLAND

Its too long to type my 6days 5 nights here, but anyway it was boat rides, boat rides, and more boat rides everyday(all in all 10 times!) to n fro Petong island, where we taught the kids English, played & interacted with them, helped build roads and paint the school! there, we were working like banglahs,baking under the hot sun!plucked n replanted tapioca too!

So i came back to spore looking like a roasted chicken.hahaha. I’ll never forget the kids there esp Lukman(leader of my pri 3 kids) ,Emily the strange who loves cat(as seen in pic looking angry with us) n gangsta! so dam cute la all of them.

Night activities on our sotong island were rather fun.since there were 5 groups n 5 nights, every night we rotated activites. It sained on the 4th night so it was oushed to the last night n we did 2 activities that night.Anw there was no curfew that night cuz it was the last night n THT reckoned that we all wouldnt slp anw so there wasnt any pt setting curfew.

1st night: Sashimi making…this was quite yummy! fresh queen fish straight from the sea! micheal tan’s look a like taught us how to bleed the fish n slaughter it! haha. know the trick for that crunchy nice nite in sashimi? we’re suppose to soak the sashimi in ice water for 5 mins! woo! tasted dam good.there were 2 sotongs too. free flow sashimi. taa was enjoying life:)

2nd night: night trekking..this was fun n tiring! we went up n down the hills with long pokey grass brushing our legs, lucky i wore long pants. then came the rocky road. full of algae n so slippery! truly an adventure. walked pass the mangroves etc. so spooky n such, thank God torch lights were created:) ended up at a sand bad(beach) a few hrs later where we slacked for another hr or so. really breezy n cool! shooting stars rawk!! then we realised that there was a short cut that would only take us 10 mins to walk from our dorms. haha. great experience though:)

3rd night: booboo trap making… its like making a fish trap.about 2X1 m long which will usually take abt 3 wks to complete. but with our help that night. we managed to complete in one night! cool shit! after we finished making we trapped jas n chris inside n it was hilarious!

4th night: raining

5th night: kelong fishing & astronomy lesson…fishing was kinda boring until smt unfortunate happened. one of the new fisherman fell off fracturing 70% of his jaw! pain sia!! n  he could only be rushed to the hospital next day cuz it was night fall alr n the boats cant navigate:( pooy fellow. Astronomy was kinda fun! learnt the constellations from an ex cjcian astronomy club guy called joe i think. he has a super duper cool laser which can reach the stars in the sky n he taught us with that.so out noght sky was macham a black board. cool eh? i want that laser! its dam ex tho. 200-300 bucks i think. that night there was supoose to be the geminite meteor shower but due to clouds n all.it was more like meteor drizzle. but cool enough! cuz we wouldnt get to see such dazzling stars n shooting stars in Spore. heee heee:)I’m a happy girl @hotmail.com

we also did some water games like snorkling, kayaking, and boom netting(there’s this net behind the boat which we cling on to while the boat travels.the part when andrews pants came off was very funny cuz the currents were 2 strong for his pants to hold.uncle jon warned us to tighten our strings b4 the ride.lol) on the 5thday:) whilst the other groups went to petong.

the last dae was shopping at some minimarts and a very good lunch at golden prawn seafood restaurant n it was like some wedding dinner with crabs prawns etc… when we touched down at harbourfront centre n saw vivocity once again. the 1st thing said was.."wow, we’re back on civilisation" n i was like" waaaa.fashion change already ar?" this shows how much we miss spore. but im sure we’ll all miss that island with not much technology but only each other for company:)

Sandra missed the taste of beef so we had CARLs JR for dinner. shiok!! me n dineshed cabbed back n only reached home abt eleven pm?

Alright, better get started on my homework!!:P

OMG!! MID YEARS SUCK BIG TIME LA!!  isit 10% or 20%??? i think its 20%.. so dead la. gonna fail everything(hope not of course) ..all the content is so heavy especially geog… notes are messy and piles up till as high as the andes mountains!!!  gotta wake up and start craking n listen during lectures and tutorials. no more sleeping man..i wanna pass my promos!!:( if not i think i go NP  already…haha

The june holidays are here already! But it isn’t really gonna be holidays man..its gonna be study study study the the mid years are straight after..but Gp is over already n oh…..i just hope to pass man…
